SUITABILITY OF dELIVERY SITE

Endurabox PLACES safety AS our top priority, we PRIORITISE this throughout the manufacturing process right up to the delivery of our containers, if you have any questions, please contact Endurabox and an experienced member of our team will be happy to help.

Assessing the suitability of the proposed location and or site for a Shipping Container is the customers sole responsibility.

An assessment would include:

Is access to the proposed location suitable for a HGV (absence of low bridges, narrow lanes, tight turns on route etc).
Is the ground suitable at your site for a Heavy Goods Vehicle? (Grass, gravel and soft ground are not suitable).
Do you have a means to unload the Shipping Container from the HGV?
If you opt for HGV equipped with a Crane or Hi-AB, are there any obstructions that would impede the HGV unloading of the container? (phone lines, trees, power-lines etc)

Endurabox can assist in assessing the suitability of your proposed location and offers a site survey service at the customers expense if you are unsure as to the suitability of your proposed site.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

SHIPPING CONTAINER DELIVERY TIMES

DELIVERY CAN USUALLY BE ARRANGED WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO OF PLACING YOUR ORDER HOWEVER YOU SHOULD ALLOW FOR UP TO 28 DAYS BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR SHIPPING CONTAINER IN CASE OF DELAYS FROM THIRD PARTY HAULIERS.

DELIVERIES USUALLY TAKE PLACE BETWEEN 7AM-8PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, HOWEVER, ENDURABOX WILL ALWAYS STRIVE TO MEET YOUR DEADLINES AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS WHERE POSSIBLE, IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR PRODUCT EXPEDIENTLY OR FOR DELIVERY AT A SPECIFIC TIME OR DAY PLEASE GET IN TOUCH AND WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

Collections from our Depot can be made between the hours of 07:00 and 14:00 Monday to friday, collections MAY be arranged outside of these hours by appointment only.

HAULIERS TYPICALLY ALLOW FOR A 30 MINUTE DELIVERY WINDOW ON SITE IN ORDER FOR THE DRIVER TO LIFT AND POSITION YOUR CONTAINER, ANY DELAYS BEYOND THIS 30 MINUTE WINDOW MAY RESULT IN ADDITION FEES CHARGED AT £100 PER HOUR. IN ORDER TO AVOID THIS, ENDURABOX RECOMMENDS TAKING THE FOLLOWING STEPS IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE PROCESS IS AS EFFICENT AS POSSIBLE:

ENSURE ALL AREAS ARE FREE FROM OBSTRUCTIONS.
ENSURE NO CHILDREN OR ANIMALS ARE IN THE AREA.
ENSURE ANY VEGETATION IS TRIMMED BACK.
ENSURE YOU HAVE PREPARED THE FOOTINGS / BASE CORRECTLY.
ENSURE YOU HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT THAT MAY BE REQUIRED TO HAnD (LASER / SPIRIT LEVEL, TAPE MEASURE ETC).
MOVING AND UNLOADING EQUIPMENT IS IN POSITION AND READY FOR DEPLOYMENT.

INADEQUATE ACCESS AND/OR DELAYS IN UNLOADING MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

ENDURABOX CAN ALSO PROVIDE A CSCS ACCREDITED AND EXPERIENCED FIELD-REP TO ATTEND SITE DURING THIS PROCESS TO ORCHESTRATE THE LOGISTICAL ASPECT OF THE DELIVERY AND ENSURE SAFE, EFFICIENT AND UNPROBLEMATIC DELIVERY, ENSURING MINIMUM DISRUPTION AND MAXIMUM SUCCESS.
